These words sound so simple, yet mean so very much to a family. Unfortunately, there are families in our community who face barriers when looking for a Preschool program for their child.
The barrier may be monthly tuition. During these difficult economic times, Preschool tuition simply may not be in the budget for families. We have seen a significant increase in requests for tuition assistance over the past couple of years.
Or the barrier may be their child’s differing abilities or special needs. These needs may require additional support which many Preschool’s cannot provide. Approximately 10% of the children attending our Preschool have differing abilities / special needs.
Our Preschool is committed to breaking down the barriers!
Your gift will ensure our Preschool can continues to reach out to families who may have a need for tuition assistance. It will support our Preschool’s commitment to inclusion, providing preschool experiences to children who can benefit from our program regardless of abilities, differing abilities, and special needs. Funds will provide for the additional staff, training, or equipment that may be necessary to ensure full participation by all children.
